Vehicles & Infrastructure

Overview

Vehicles and infrastructure shape the routes Magret is forced to take, from the aircraft that release bread over the city to the roads that channel movement out of the sanctuary, to the tractor pulled from the museum floor that briefly turns into escape before stalling in the mud, each element directing how bread circulates and how bodies move in response; checkpoints, corridors, and broken pathways regulate who passes and where, so that access is never neutral but structured by the same systems that carry supply.

Components

Function

Vehicles and infrastructure carry the system across the city, determining how bread reaches Magret’s apartment through aerial drops, how roads channel her movement out of the sanctuary, and how barriers and checkpoints decide who can pass and who is held back, so that delivery, access, and restriction are all shaped by the same physical network.

System Role

Vehicles and infrastructure carry what is made inside the Mill out into specific places, planes releasing bread over the city, roads directing where Magret can move, and the tractor pulled from the museum briefly turning display into escape before becoming another point of exposure, so that production reaches location through routes that are already structured to guide both supply and bodies.
